Our Response Process

Upon receiving a valid takedown notice, we will review the claim and, if appropriate, remove or disable access to the content in question. We will notify the party that posted the content, who may submit a counter-notice if they believe the removal was made in error.

Counter-Notice

If you believe content was removed from this site incorrectly, you may submit a counter-notice to contact@draftground.com including the following:

Identification of the content that was removed and its location prior to removal.
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
Your name, address, phone number, and email address.
Your electronic or physical signature.

Repeat Infringement

This site reserves the right to terminate access for users who are found to be repeat infringers of third-party intellectual property rights.
